More October Finale Pictures

One unremarked but very historic incident occurred on Saturday 13 October 2007 when, at Cardross, Waverley passed a train hauled by a double header comprising 45407 and 62005, also an LNER steam machine.   This was the first time in thirty two years that an LNER loco has been in sight of Waverley, but unless you had your own helicopter a photo was impossible, due to topography and distance.   Where I stood I could see both, but not get a shot!
